Privacy Policy body

TickIoT, Inc. (“TickIoT,” “we,” “us”) values your privacy. This policy describes the information we collect when you use the TickIoT.com website, our contact form, our hosted support portal, or email us directly — together, the “Services” — and how we handle that information. We collect only what we need to answer your question, ship and support your hardware, and operate our business. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties and we do not run cross-site advertising trackers on this website.

Information we collect

When you submit our contact form we collect the name, email address, optional company name, the product you’re asking about, and the body of your message. When you open a ticket on the support portal at support.tickiot.com we receive your account email plus any details, attachments, or device logs you choose to share. Server access logs (IP address, request path, response time) are retained for up to thirty days for security and operational purposes.

How we use it

We use the information you give us to respond to your inquiry, fulfill orders placed through our reseller, provide technical support, and improve our products and documentation. Aggregated, anonymized usage signals (page views, error rates) help us prioritize what to build next. We never use the body of your support tickets or the contents of your email to train external machine-learning models.

Data sharing

We share information with a small set of vetted service providers strictly to deliver the Services: our email provider for transactional mail, our support-portal vendor (Zoho Desk) for ticket tracking, and our hosting providers (Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare Workers) for site delivery and the contact-form proxy. Each of these vendors is contractually bound to use your information only on our behalf. We will disclose information to law enforcement only when compelled by valid legal process.

Retention & deletion

Contact-form submissions live in our team email for as long as the underlying conversation is active, and are archived for up to twenty-four months for support-history reasons. Support-portal tickets follow the retention schedule configured in Zoho Desk. To request deletion of any information we hold about you, email hello@tickiot.com with the subject line “Delete my data” and the email address you used to contact us. We confirm and complete deletion within thirty days where legally permissible.

Cookies & tracking

This website does not use third-party advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or analytics scripts that fingerprint individual visitors. The contact form uses a single functional cookie to remember whether you’ve already submitted a message in the current session.
